If you live in the San Diego area, I hope that by now you’ve heard that on Saturday, January 29, I will be the keynote speaker at the event “Lesbians and Breast Cancer: A Town Hall Forum” at The San Diego LGBT Center.

The free forum is sponsored by the Human Dignity Foundation with a grant from the BCAUSE FUND. It will begin with a free breakfast at 9 am, followed by my presentation and a Q & A session. If you want to talk to me one-on-one, I will be available to “meet and greet” and to sign copies of the new edition of  Dr. Susan Love’s Breast Book following the Q & A.

We are expecting a large crowd, so advance registration is recommended. Plus, if you register by January 14, you will be entered to win an autographed copy of the Breast Book, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.

You can register here.

And you can learn more about the event in this article, which was just published in the San Diego Gay and Lesbian News. And don’t miss my op-ed on lesbians and breast cancer that was just posted on SheWired.

See you there!

You may want to consider posting this info on Young Survival Coalition or Living Beyond Breast Cancer forums. I bet people would appreciate it.
